Show and Tell Tuesday: Most Embarrassing Moments!

Today I am linking up with Andrea from Momfessionals for Show and Tell Tuesday....My Most Embarrassing Moments!

I had to think about this one, but once these particular memories came flooding back, I knew they were two of my most embarrassing moments!

1.  I was about 4 months pregnant and had horrible morning sickness.  I was at an interview for a teaching position at Dana College in Blair, Nebraska.  I was sitting in the interview when a wave of morning sickness overcame me!   So I quickly got up and excused myself and ran down the hall to the restroom.  However, when I violently started throwing up, my weak bladder gave out too and I wet my pants!  I had to go back in to the interview with wet pants and finish it.  Horrible!  When I got up to leave, I noticed that I had left a lovely wet spot on the seat of the chair I was sitting in!  SO, SO embarrassing!

2.  Still pregnant, but this time I was about 6 or 7 months along and still had unbelievable morning sickness.  I pretty much had it all through my pregnancy with Nolan!  Not fun!  So I arrive to Dana College (I did get the job that I threw up in and first wet my pants!  See above!) to teach a class and got sick in the car.  I opened the door in the parking lot and started throwing up right there in front of God and everybody!  Again, my weak bladder gives out and I wet myself.....again.  This time, I am so wet that I cannot even make it through class.  I had no change of underpants, clothes....nothing!  So I grabbed my husbands coat that happened to be in the car and put it on.  Thank God, it was long enough and covered my pants well enough to go upstairs and tell my students to leave that there would be no class.  I looked frightening too!  My hair was disheveled and my makeup was running.  I quickly left, went to the bathroom and took care of my hair and makeup.  Still with wet pants and all! I called my sister who happened to live in my hometown at the time and she brought me clothes.  Until she arrived I had to sit in my office with the door locked with no pants on!  Yep, commando!  I even gave her a secret knock to use so I'd know it was her!   So there I sat cold and pantsless waiting for her to drive the 35 minutes with new maternity clothes for me!  She even had to go upstairs to my second class and dismiss them for me!  SO embarrassing!!

So there you have it.  My two most embarrassing moments!   I hope you enjoyed them.  They make me laugh now.  Still cringe a little, but mostly laugh.

Thanks for stopping by and enjoying the view!

Until Next Time....

Hahaha!!! I can laugh because I have SO been there!!! When I know I am going to throw up (at least when I'm at home) I sit on the toilet for the pee that inevitably comes and hold a walmart sack to throw up in.
